App design for a Telegram-based incremental game

The Problem

Design a game that had to work inside Telegram's in-app browser — meaning lightweight, instantly understandable, and clear enough that a player never had to think about the interface, only the loop.

The Approach

I translated the progression model into a simple loop: act, earn, invest, unlock stronger earning potential — then built the information hierarchy so a player could always see their balance, rate of progress and next best action at a glance. Missions, rewards and upgrades stayed close at hand without crowding the core interaction. The visual system used bold iconography, high-contrast values and concise type to stay readable on a small viewport, with micro-interactions reinforcing taps and rewards without adding weight the Telegram environment couldn't afford.

Outcome

A cohesive, fast-feedback game experience that made a simple mechanic feel structured and repeatable, delivered with full screen layouts, reusable components and specs, plus hands-on support through implementation and edge-case testing.
