An enterprise risk and governance platform needed a UI system that could modernise the product experience and hold up in demos, sales materials and continued development — while making genuinely dense, high-stakes data usable rather than overwhelming.

The Problem
The previous site presented challenges in both structure and usability. Our goal was to introduce a modular content system with dynamic relationships, enabling users to explore by category, region, or initiative. This approach also simplified backend management and ensured fresh content surfaced intuitively.
The Approach
I mapped the relationships between dashboards, detailed records, actions and reporting first, then restructured the UX to reduce friction and let users move from overview to investigation without losing context — defining navigation and hierarchy as a reusable framework rather than solving each screen independently. The UI system covered typography, spacing, colour, grids, data visualisation and components, designed against realistic enterprise content: dense tables, filters, status indicators, workflow controls. Particular attention went into information hierarchy and state design so complex data stayed readable and actionable.
Outcome
A polished, presentation-ready screen set and a practical product foundation, handed off with documented components, variants, interaction states and specs so engineering could build with minimal ambiguity.
